ISI-Exeter and Spectrum Information Management Systems (SiMS) have partnered to offer ISI-Exeter WMS customers a one day warehouse optimization review. The purpose of this review is to evaluate how the mature WMS user has implemented and is using the system today and to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

The process is as follows:

• Fill out a short questionnaire.

• Choose the date, making sure that key operations and systems people are available.

• ISI-Exeter, SiMS and the client’s key operational personnel will tour the facility reviewing key operating tasks including: receiving, putaway, storage methods, order fulfillment challenges, picking methods, and shipping processes. In addition your hardware, peripherals, radio frequency systems, and material handling equipment will be assessed.

An Operational and System Opportunities Report will be issued within a week of the visit and followed by a conference call to discuss the findings.
